DKI Conducts Praja Wibawa Operation

Jakarta Government conducts Praja Wibawa Operation for 10 days from December 10-21, 2018.

This Praja Wibawa Operation is done to improve our service in form of providing peaceful and orderly environment to citizens

Praja Wibawa Operation involves 425 joint personnel from Satpol PP, Transportation Dept., TNI, Police, and Satgas from each Jakarta regions.

This operation is targeting people who are violating public order regulation as it is mentioned at Perda No.8/2007 regarding Public Order.

Satpol PP Officers Alerted to Parse Congestion in Duren Sawit

Jakarta Governor, Anies Baswedan wants all personnel on duty to do their job well by prioritizing safety for all. It means they must concern about safety of their colleagues, people, and themselves.

"We must create positive image of Satpol PP through a strict yet humane work in concrete manner on the field. This operation should be able to solve the problem," he stated after leading Praja Wibawa Operation assembly at City Hall yard, Monday (10/12).

He mentioned that Christmas and New Year events are approaching. Jakarta Government wants to ensure Jakarta to be conducive, safe, orderly, and under control.

"This Praja Wibawa Operation is done to improve our service in form of providing peaceful and orderly environment to citizens," he conveyed.
